Upon arrival at Kelowna International Airport (YLW), your driver will meet you at the Arrivals gate holding a Sagebrush sign. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we will adjust accordingly to ensure timely service. Travelers departing from hotels or vacation properties will be met 15 minutes prior to departure. During the drive to Big White, you can choose to stop for groceries or liquor shopping at your convenience. At the resort, we will take you directly to your accommodations or to Central Reservations to pick up your access code.
